We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Be Known isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
The free trial
Membership begins with a seven-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged at all.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Visit paddle.net with the email you used at checkout, or write to us at support@beknown.cloud and we'll help you through it.
Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your purchase.
Cancelling
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your memories stay in your account.
